Important Update

On November 16, 2022, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the one objection related to the $113 million in settlements obtained in in the Lithium-Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation. The objector has until February 14, 2023 to file a petition asking the Supreme Court to review this decision. In the meantime, Class Counsel is putting together a distribution plan for the Court, and if no petition by the objector is filed, we hope to begin distribution of the settlement funds as early as March 2023. Important Update

The claims deadline for the $113 Million Lithium-Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation has now passed. A small number of class members have objected to the terms of the settlements, and have filed appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In one appeal, the Ninth Circuit recently vacated the district court’s order approving a group of settlements and remanded them back to the district court for further consideration.

We are unable to distribute the settlement funds until these appeals are resolved. While our goal is to resolve these as soon as possible, we are unable to provide an exact date at this time. We appreciate your patience and will keep this webpage updated with any future developments.
